Thanksgiving

Yes Thanksgiving was two weeks ago, and yes I am just writing about it now. Better late than never though right?

Thanksgiving was great. On Thursday morning Vonda made us her delicious buttermilk pancakes and then we headed west of Utah lake for a Turkey shoot---minus the turkey's and plus clay pigeons. Jared was quite the sharp shooter and put us all to shame, but we still managed to hit a few target and have an incredible time.

Dinner was so delicious, as was dessert. We had basically every kind of pie imaginable to choose from, so I naturally had to try a little bit of all of them. Let's just say that a nap was in order when all of the feasting was done.

Thanksgiving is such a wonderful time to enjoy being with family and give Thanks for all of our wonderful blessings. Isaac and I sure have so much to be Thankful for: namely each other, our awesome families, a good job, an opportunity to be in school, and of course the gospel of Jesus Christ. We really are so blessed.
