It's Not Rocket Science...or Is It?

I wanted to know what Isaac was learning in his classes and decided to ask him about them the other night. He told me about intertial frames, moving vectors, natural frequencies and other things that I can't quite wrap my mind around. All the while I thumbed somewhat mindlessly through his textbooks to find this
