Illini Football Game

Taniel and I went to our first Illinois football game at Zuppke field on Saturday. It was a bit different than going to the Cougar stadium. The stadium is quite old. So old that they used to play with leather helmets in the same stadium. Another thing that was a bit different was the orange EVERYWHERE. It looks like 90% of the fans are going hunting after the game. Actually, the colors of the Illini look pretty slick if you ask me. Although we lost to the Minnesota gophers (hehe) we had a really nice time drinking hot chocolate and snuggling in our blanket.

I can't ever think about your school anymore without thinking "Doctor Proctor, a Illini Alumni, from Savoy Illinois." Sometimes I say it to myself just fora little laugh. Glad that game was fun and that you are enjoying yourselves. Wish we could see you at Christmas!

Isaac,

You probably didn't know this, but sometimes I read your blog.

Oh, and we are almost neighbors again. We just moved to Indiana. Unfortunately it is northeast Indiana, so it is still 4 hours away.
